ST. PHILIP'S KIDZ CLUB
Our new and special Sunday School gathering is now St. Philip's Kidz Club. It is foor PK through 5th grade and their parents!! Please join us on the following Sundays, as we gather during the Sunday school hour for breakfast, games, and a Bible lesson. Also, parents, please stay & join us for an adult devotion. We will continue this special Sunday school hour, once a month, in hopes that our attendance will grow. We look forward to seeing all the children and parents in the Family Life center! Spread the Word!

GIRL SCOUT SUNDAY
On Sunday, March 9th, Troop #2707 will join our church service and will be recognizing former Girl Scouts and leaders from our congregation during the service. Please notify Chasity Lominick or Laura Odom if you have ever been a Girl Scout member or leader.
LENTEN SERVICES
~ LENTEN SERVICES: will be held at 6:00 PM, in the Sanctuary, on Sundays beginning on March 9th and continuing through April 6th.

ANGELS CHOIR
ATTENTION All Children PreK-5th grade. We need your voices for the Angels Choir! We hope and pray that you join us as we add special music to our Worship services. We practice at 9:30 am in the Sunday School classroom across from the nursery.

WORLD DAY OF PRAYER SERVICE
The World Day of Prayer service for the Pomaria area churches will be held March 7th at Mt. Pilgrim Lutheran Church. We hope you will consider joining us as we pray together. The service will begin at 7:00 PM
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BEGINS
Sunday, March 9, 2025 is the first day of Daylight Savings Time. Don't forget to set your clocks forward one (1) hour before going to bed on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
LUTHERAN MEN STEAK SUPPER
Saturday, March 22, 2025, between the hours of 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm at the Family Life Center. Plates will be 12.50 per plate and will be carry out only. Plates will consist of Country fried steak, rice, gravy, green beans, and slaw.
FROM THE CEMETERY COMMITTEE
We will have the annual Cemetery Committee meeting on Sunday, March 23rd at 3:00 in the Adult B Sunday school room. All are invited to attend.
PICs 5TH SUNDAY LUNCH
The PIC's will be hosting a Chili Cookoff on March 30th immediately following the service. If you would like to enter your best homemade chili, please let Jaclyn Sease know. We will also need others to bring their favorite sides and desserts to share. Please make plans to join us.
EASTER MEMORIALS/HONORARIUMS
If you would like to celebrate Easter by giving a memorial or honorarium for a love done, please complete an envelope provided in the pew and place them in the offering plate by April 6th. Please mark them Easter Memorial or Honorarium. These will be noted in the Easter bulletin.
You may also purchase an Easter Lily in memory or honor of someone. Please mark your envelope Easter Lily and place them in the offering plate by April 6th. The cost of each Lily is $11.00.
THE EASTER VIGIL
The Easter Vigil is a special time to reflect on the joy that is to come on Easter morning for each of us. Please use this time by signing up for a moment of reflection and giving thanks to God for the great things He has done. The Easter Vigil will begin on April 18th at 9:00 pm and continues to April 19th at 6:00 am. Plese help us continue this tradition at St. Philip's by signing up in the Vigil Book in the narthex or seeing Melissa Livingston to choose your time.
THE EASTER CROSS
The Easter Cross is a wonderful way to celebrate our Savior's Resurrection. If you would like to donate flowers for the Easter Cross, please drop those off no later than 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 19th, in the Fellowship Hall
SC SYNOD ASSEMBLY
The 2025 South Carolina Synod Assembly will be held June 12-14, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Hotel/Convention Center in North Charleston. Anyone wishing to serve as a delegate please contact the church office, as soon as possible, so we can get you registered.
LADIES BANQUET
The Annual Ladies Banquet will be held on Sunday, May 4th at 6:00 pm, in the Fellowship Hall. Once details are finalized, additional information will be available. Hope to see you there!
LUTHERIDGE DAY CAMP
SAVE THE DATE!
Lutheridge Day Camp dates are July 14-18, 2025, for upcoming grades 1 thru 7. Registration forms are due by Sunday, March 2, 2025, at which time, registration will open to the community. The cost of camp is $100.00 per camper. Registration forms are located in the Narthex and the breezeway.. See Libby Bedenbaugh for further details.
POMARIA FOOD BANK
Pomaria Food Bank collection box is in the church breezeway and the narthex. Please consider donating non-perishable items when you are able. Thank you for your continued support.
